This Privacy Policy applies to all software applications, professional services, and digital platforms operated by VectorStream Systems Inc. ("VectorStream," "we," "us," or "our"). As a specialized provider of Microsoft Dynamics 365 extensions and cloud infrastructure, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security for our enterprise clients.

2. Our Data Philosophy

VectorStream operates on the principle of Data Sovereignty. Our products are architected to function natively within the client’s existing Microsoft Cloud environment. We aim to process only the metadata necessary to perform specific architectural functions, ensuring that the client remains the sole owner and controller of their core business data.

3. Information Collection and Use

We collect and process information in two categories:

• Business Contact Information: Information provided via our website or during the procurement process (names, business emails, and corporate titles) used for account management and support.
• System Metadata: To facilitate our software solutions (such as inventory bridges, ledger extensions, or API connectors), our applications process technical metadata—such as transaction IDs, SKU movements, and warehouse identifiers—directly within the Dynamics 365 environment.

4. Integration with Microsoft Cloud

Our software is built exclusively for the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

• Security Framework: We utilize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for all authentication and authorization.
• Data Storage: Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific service, VectorStream products do not move client data to external third-party servers. Data resides within the client's managed Azure tenant, benefiting from Microsoft’s global compliance certifications (including SOC 1/2/3, ISO/IEC 27001, and HIPAA).

5. Compliance with Canadian Law (PIPEDA)

As a Canadian entity, VectorStream complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We ensure that:

• Data      is collected only for specified, legitimate business purposes.
• Access      to sensitive information is strictly controlled and audited.
• Clients      have the right to inquire about, access, or request the deletion of their business contact data.

6. Third-Party Disclosure

VectorStream does not sell, lease, or trade client data. We only disclose information to third parties (such as Microsoft) as required to provide our core services or when mandated by law.

As our product portfolio expands, we may update this policy to reflect new technical capabilities. We encourage clients to review this page periodically for updates.
